i woke up at 6.30am today. A HOLIDAY. just for a supposedly 2-hr bio lecture. IT WAS CRAP. she was practically reading off the slides for everything. and it ended in ONE HOUR. =.= woah i shouldnt have gone nia. after lecture nash, calesta, YQ and i went to macs for breakfast. it's been so loooong since i ate mac's breakfast can~. the last time was probably last year. o.O big breakfast is goooooooooood. CX msged me just now to ask me to eat macs with her TOMORROW. wah~ my diet is so down the drain can. haha.

after that went to meet lich at PS to watch Priceless. A FRENCH FILM. But it was no different from watching a jap film or an anime. Just had to read the subtitles to understand the story. and the story was really cute. some parts were darn funny.

Gad Elmaleh was charming. I know, he looks kinda stupid here but he really is charming in the show. And Audrey Tautou looked so different from her character in Da Vinci Code. but that show was crap anyway. Fwaha.

then PS happened to have a Gelare. And it happened to be a tuesday. HALF PRICED WAFFLES~. Woot! they had this offer going with one waffle, 3 scoops of ice cream and a iced lemon tea (which didn't taste like ice lemon tea at all~) for only $11.90. So we had one with Soy Chocolate Obsession (fabulously rich), Cookies n Creme and Cappuccino ice cream topped with Caramel sauce. SO SINFUL OMG. xD

wanted to play Daytona but i got chased out of the arcade cause i was in gamma house tee with the huge school crest printed in the front. SIAN.

I gotta pack my worksheets into their files!!!!!!!! ROAR~.

went out with the BOD on Saturday to get the stuff we wanna pass down to our successors. this year's handover is going to be very very interesting. lol. after getting the stuff and all, everyone left, leaving Ying, Von and I shopping at Bugis. Ate at kfc and chatted for a while. talked a lot about women's stuff. relationships. men. women. lucky women. parents. future. Von left after we finished kfc, so Ying and I continued to just walk around. Needed to pass time before meeting our parents at 6 plus.

a few things i definitely gotta mention about tj's guitar concert at school:


1) Rockability
2) My IDOL - Kevin Loh
3) Yanjun!
4) SYF pieces
5) Supper



1. Rockability

WHY DIDN'T THEY USE THE RED DRUM SET~?!?! T.T I was like telling Sin Yee in the mrt prior to the concert to specifically take a photo of the red drum set for me, so that i could keep it. BUT THEY DIDN'T USE THE RED DRUM SET~... Boohoo. The rock band.. wasn't really rocking that night. The guitarists were expressionless; the drummer was a utter disappointment; and the singer.. omg.. i know she's capable of singing so much better than that. They should have imported the drummer from band. Lol.



2. My IDOL - Kevin Loh

My new idol!! and he's only 9 years old~ O.O Just watching him play is enough to mesmerise me. Now i know why Janice wants to kidnap him. He's so cute! It's simply amazing to see his fingers tango on the guitar strings. The way he dances across to play the different keys is plain astounding. For someone this age with such nimble fingers, he's gonna grow to be even more pro, and i bet he's gonna be a hell of a lady charmer. Woot! Kevin Loh - Zai!





3. YanJun!

Chen Yanjun arh~ Looking at her wear that bright sparkling orange hairband, sitting at the edge of the stage and in court shoes, I cant help but think she looks like an innocent girl BUT HELL WE KNOW SHE DEFINITELY AIN'T ANYWHERE NEAR INNOCENT DON'T WE??? Lol.. she's e-mo (not emo arh.. it's 恶魔) sect de zhang men ren leh.. aka seductress. Innocence is just a facade. Heh



4. SYF pieces

Love the syf pieces~ esp Plink Plank Plonk. Super nice! And we the audience made the exact same mistake the audience did during the syf perf, which was to clap when the song was not even finished. Lol.. but hey! it's really sounded like the grand finale! I think it doesn't matter. It may probably remind them of the SYF day itself.. and the fabulous feeling of getting ANOTHER GWH~! Way toi go Janice!! xD

5. Supper!

Supper was fantastic cause i got to satisfy my tummy with good good fishball noodles and get high with the girls who were there, namely Xin Mei, Calesta, Ying Ying, Yvonne, Yee Ning and Jia En. For photos, please refer to Ying's blog cause i cant kope from her blog. Arrived home only at about 11 plus and i still had to meet the bod the next day in the morning.

The day was simply G-R-E-A-T! Nothing beats having friends around you. Muacks to you all!

I managed to digitized what i thought up for the e club shirt.. in PHOTOSHOP. Hoho.. hopefully that means i'm not so photoshop chi dai anymore. Heh. Nothing much in school today, besides the fact that i failed my chem test. Again. Hurrhurr.

i'm just happy i got the pick carved for terence. =) now i'm just left with the video.. and BUGGING MR KOH TZE WOON.

its nice to be able to feel that a Monday was a productive one. Walking out of the life science lab, i wasn't overly tired/sian, felt that i had at least learnt something today, was feeling neutral and ready to go home to do whatever i had set for the night. Shared a slice of pandan cake and waffle with Calesta and chatted while on the way to Bedok MRT. It's nice.. indeed.

As we were walking towards St. Regis, i commented that the huge white board hanging on the rock wall was hideous. It was then Calesta enlightened me on how many signs we had at the front of tj screaming its name!

1. The main gate
2. The white board at the rock wall
3. The side gate with the recently added white words (white again?!)
4. The library building

I didn't realise it until she pointed it out. Then our crapping genes kicked in and we proposed the school float a hot air balloon with the school logo and name. NOW THAT WOULD BE GOOD PUBLICITY. During big events, the principal can make her speech from the hot air balloon. On normal school days, Mr. Tong can go spot for offenders from mid-air with a binoculars. How useful~!

Anyway, gotta blog about the band concert as well. 2 things i gotta talk about:

1. Irritating old man
2. SUPER HOT DRUMMERS (drum love! <3>

Irritating Old Man

He came at 6+ at VCH and approached Ying, Von and I, who were slacking around the counter then. He wanted to buy the band concert tix but they were already sold out ages ago. So here's the conversation that went on between the ushers (Ying, Von, I, XM) and that irritating old geezer (IOG), who was probably in his mid-40s and balding. (Ew..)

IOG: but i got.... got... got... call.... er....er.... that person regarding... er.... the concert.

Yvonne: Sir, which person did u call?

IOG: the one... er....er.... for the TJC CO.... ya, i call that person (from CO) and and he said i can just come to buy the ticket

Ying: but sir, are you planning to attend the TJ band or TJ CO concert?

IOG: the the... the advertisement only advertise the TJ CO mah... then then never advertise the Band concert... so i dunno who... er... who to call

Yvonne: Sir, so are you watching the Band concert or the CO concert? coz if u are watching the CO concert, its at SCH, not VCH.

IOG: nonono, i called that Jun Hong (someone from CO who had his no. in the ad) and he say he can help... help me(*not answering the question*)

Yvonne: He's from CO so that means you want to watch the CO concert..

IOG: Nonono..

At that point in time, i was already slightly pissed at his inability to answer questions promptly and his constant 'ers'. XM came out from where ever she was and so we told her about the situation.

XM: ok sir why not you give me your name and i'll go see if any tickets were reserved for you. [and so he left XM his name and she went to check with the band IC)

Throughout the whole time XM was away, he kept going on and on about us not advertising the band concert. I told him that the band concert were always spread through word of mouth and it's hot-selling enough not to need advertising. Then he made this comment:

IOG: but then you never advertise for the band concert, you're like FORCING (he stopped talking, i was staring at him, and he realised his mistake), no, i mean, DIRECTING me to the CO concert!

I swear i was utterly amazed at his pea-sized brain and lack of sophisication. Later, XM came back with the band IC.

Lam (the person in charge): hi sir what is your name?? so that i can...

IOG: i dunno... dunno whether i got reserve the ticket anot ... (back to the CO advert and calling Jun Hong blah blah)

We explained the whole situation to Lam and she finally realised what was going on.

Lam: oh... but sir, our tickets are sold out. Why not you wait around and see if anyone has available tickets for you later?

IOG: but later if don't have then i also will not be able to make it for the CO concert la~

And so, we offered to help him call the CO side and reserve a ticket for him. AND HE MADE THIS SUPER STUPID COMMENT.

IOG: er er er, can i ... the er(x3)... exchange the CO ticket with someone?

I seriously wanted to rebutt him and ask him if someone wanted to change their CO ticket for his band tix, would he have agreed to it? By that time, i couldn't care less about him already so i just left Lam and XM to deal with that IOG.

Lam+XM: sorry sir. you cant do this..

IOG: but but ( back to the CO advert thingy -.-)... then u all like that.... you're separating me... from from... er.. err.... my(x5)... interest

XM: i am very sorry sir. but that's not within our control.

IOG: you all... like this arz... it's(x2) like.... you know... er....ruin my... er.... future..... then u all....alll... all... spoil my... my... my interest for band.. then er... make me come all the ... way here... you know... know... how sad i feel now... like.. that...... my my my future is gone... how? blah blah

Finally, he had no choice but to leave for SCH to attend the CO concert. The best thing was, at 7+ while we were prepared to open the concert doors, a band member came out to ask if anyone wanted to buy tickets from him cause 2 of his friends couldn't make it. XM and I looked at each other and burst out in gloating laughter.

Fwahaha.. that IOG deserves it big time. Woot!


SUPER HOT DRUMMERS (drum love! <3)

The band's finale was a blast! They played 'Can't fight this feeling' and there were 2 SUPER HOT DRUMMERS playing an emerald green and red drum set! I love the red one! Chio~!!! XM and I were memerized/amazed/stunned/encaptured by the players THROUGHOUT! WoOoOoTTT~! I AM BENT ON LEARNING IT NOW~. Fwahahaah. xD

tgif!! but that does not signal the beginning of a leisurely weekend. oh nonononon~.

an hour from now, i'll be meeting xy to go to choir concert. by the time i reach home, clean up and retreat, it'll probably be 12mn??

tmr gotta wake up at SEVEN AM to prepare to go for college day, and breakfast with father prior to that. Dim sum lunch with family after college day then to any Royal Sporting House to get a pair of sneakers. And finally, to end of, ushering people into the band concert in COURT SHOES and FULL U. this means i'll be wearing FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM from morning onwards. BLEH~!

Sunday morning means cleaning up the house, helping dad lay the rug under the pool table, hanging up the painting bought from JB and going to Aunts house to celebrate Brennen's bday. LIKE WOAH.

however, despite this seemingly hectic schedule, i actually kinda like it! =) it's beats rotting at home with nothing to do. Heh.

Mass ponnage!!

Xinmei, Calesta, Ying Qi and me! Muahaha.

We decided to skip bio lecture today cause:

1. We wouldn't be listening anyway

2. We think that Teo will be lecturing.

How i wish i could skip Chemistry tutorial as well. I know this attitude of mine is not acceptable. But to me, i find it useless to attend lessons which i would not pay attention to, especially for Chem. i'd rather study independently on my own, getting answers from my classmates. i think i should go find a teacher outside on my own. i cant tolerate my tutor anymore~.

came home from school at 10am today.

tried to survive maths lecture but failed. couldn't do bio test so i slept under lt2 waiting for everyone until my arms and legs were numb. finally decided to go home and i think, though i felt guilty for skipping so many classes (again), i made the right choice.

knocked out immediately the moment i touched the bed. i didn't know what was wrong with me. slept too much? doesn't make sense. slept too little? i retreated at 9.30pm yesterday night. And so, i slept and slept and got all the sleep i asked for. but i woke up still feeling groggy and drowsy and wanted to sleep some more. It's like, i was gonna sleep to my death or something.

went to see dr. chiam at 6 and i hogged him from all the other patients for like 45 mins. i poured everything out to him. didn't expect that to happen. all i wanted was a reason to the recent flood of problems that has been plaguing me to the extent i am so sick and tired of my sick and tired body. i said a lot of things to him, a lot of stupid things that ran through my mind the past month. stupid and silly things that didn't seem so stupid and silly when i was thinking of it then. i feel like i'm teetering between sanity and insanity. bordering on the fence separating staying strong and choosing to give up.

i want need to restart my life.

It is finally a Friday~ I've been looking to the end of the week ever since I woke up on Monday morning! Woot! Yesterday was great cause i went to watch spiderman 3!!!



WARNING. SPOILERS AHEAD.



Met up with Cuiz n Yuanz at TM, bought our dinner and ate in the cinema. Lol.. it was, as CX loves to put it, COOL. The movie was the best of the trilogy!! I LOVE.. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. 3 nemesis in one show, ugly villian, handsome harry (why did he have to die?!?! and it makes it worst that he had to die as a GOOD GUY omg), pretty babes (i thought the girl who played Gwen was pretty hot) and LOADS OF SPIDER-PACKED ACTION.

The black suit is just too cool!

I like Venom best cause he's so ugly. =)


After that we took neos of course. It's been ages since i've taken neos with them. Too bad birdy chiangz u aint there!!

chem tutorial was unbearable!~ Halfway through i tried to get a shut-eye lying down on the table and i couldn't lift myself up after that. Desperately need sleep! Haix.. The day was finally over at 1.30pm (as usual she dragged the lesson ) and Sin Yee was telling me she saw 2 Bus 38 drive pass the past few minutes. I told SY that if we were to see a Bus 38 when we step out of the gate, we chiong. And indeed, the moment i looked out to the bus stop, the bus was berthing. Immediately, with adrenaline and stamina shooting sky high, we CHIONGED for it. I bet it was a super un-glam sight. Lol.. and there was PLENTY of people crossing the road.

Finally bought the tix for Spiderman 3! Think i should have a nap first~~~ but before that..

The day has finally ended! One of my most productive Wednesdays ever. NO sleeping, NO slacking. Studied my bio. Have to do so or i'll feel guilty going to JB on Saturday. =P

E Club today was hmm.. full of laughter as usual. Lol.. I'm just glad i didn't have to attend that lame course by that lame presenter. As usual, fooling around with Ying and Von. Crazy bunch of people we are. And I'm proud of it. Hehe..
